If your collar has gone into "Alarm Mode" and will not turn off, it's time to change the batteries. The batteries lose thier chrage with normal usage and will dishcrage over time. 95% of all malfunctions can be solved by changing the batteries. battery depletion due to product usage is not a product defect. Note that Visiglo Sport el fiber collars and Visiglo Fashion el panel collars have not been in production for over 4 years and the batteries in these units have past their accepted shelf life dates. We extend our product warranty through our authorized distributors. Your warranty is with your retailer or e-tailer, if they do not offer you a warranty, shop elsewhere as they are not an authorized Visiglo reseller.
